Practice Profile

Vivian joined Chambers in 2015.  Vivian served her pupillage with Mr. Sewlyn Yu SC, Ms. Anita Yip SC, Mr. Valentine Yim and Mr. Jacky Jim.  She was a Marshall to the Honourable Madam Justice Carlye Chu, Justice of Appeal of the Court of Appeal.

Vivian is developing a broad civil practice and accepts instructions in all areas.  She has been instructed in a wide range of cases involve areas such as matrimonial, land, tenancy, adverse possession, water seepage, contractual, debt, bankruptcy and insolvency, personal injuries, committal for contempt and injunctive relief.

Vivian has appeared as an advocate (both in her own right and as a led junior) in the Lands Tribunal, the District Court, the Court of First Instance and the Court of Appeal.
