Practice Profile

Melinda has a broad practice in general civil and commercial matters and accepts instructions in all areas of Chambers’ work.  She has acted in a wide range of cases including but not limited to insolvency, bankruptcy, employment, compliance matters, trusts, land, property, tenancy, building management, and injunctive relief.

As for her criminal practice, Melinda regularly conducts trials for both the Prosecution and the Defence in the Magistrates’ Courts.
