Practice Profile

Grace has a broad civil and criminal practice, with a particular focus on criminal and matrimonial matters. She completed pupillage in 2014 with Mrs. Lisa Remedios, Mr. Giles Surman, Mr. Jonathan Ah-weng and Mr. Lee Tung Ming.

She is experienced both as an individual trial counsel and led junior in various different courts and tribunals, including the Court of Appeal, the Court of First Instance, the District Court, the Family Court and the Magistracies. 

Her criminal practice involves procedural hearings and trials regarding murder, rape, indecent assault,  conspiracy to defraud/ export unmanifested cargo, money laundering, supplying/trafficking/ possession of dangerous drugs, assault, burglary, theft, medical related offences, immigration offences, traffic offences, various other general crimes and summonses; she also conducts legal visits, pleas in mitigation and bail applications.

Her matrimonial practice includes but is not limited to attending various procedural hearings, trials, appeals and settling documents for custody, ancillary relief, MPS, injunctions, variation, trusts and committal. She is a member of the Family Law Association.

She has worked on a broad range of civil cases including trusts and probate, bankruptcy, personal injuries, contract, tort, property disputes.
